Seat post won't fold !!!

After having only a couple of days worth of riding, my a-bike's seat post won't fold. It seems to be that there is something preventing the tubes from going all the way in... the thing is I don't really know exactly what's wrong.

err..taking it apart to find out what the obstruction is might be the next logical step. The videos on this site may be useful if you dont know how.
Is it the front or rear tube that is blocked?
